Accommodations for the 2018 meeting will be provided by the conference hotel, The Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass. Located in Chandler, AZ, along the Gila River on preserved American Indian land, this conference hotel is sure to offer a unique retreat in 2018 in addition to hosting a comprehensive scientific program.  Conveniently located just 11 miles away from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, we are excited to share this undeveloped, natural land on a desert landscape with stunning views with our attendees. SLB secured a significantly reduced room rate for our guests at $189 USD. The deadline to book at the group rate was September 21, 2018. The deadline has now passed.  Contact the hotel to check current availability and rates.

 

 

CHILD CARE

There are multiple child care options onsite at the venue. The hotel has a program for children 4-12 called the “Adventure Club” which is a camp/activity based setting. The club has half day and full day priced options and is available through the hotel directly at (480)393-6183. Additionally, there are two babysitting service recommendations provided by the venue. 1) A Child’s Garden, (480)354-2122, http://achildsgardenaz.com/ 2) Arizona Lullaby Guild, (602) 852-0459, http://arizonalullabyguild.com/child-care/. State licensed, bonded and a member of the BBB. A quiet room close to the meeting sessions will be provided for nursing mothers to have a private location for use during the daytime.
