CHECK BACK HERE JULY 22ND FOR THE LATE BREAKING ABSTRACT SUBMISSION BUTTON

Before proceeding with a late breaking submission, please ensure you have reviewed the abstract requirements noted below. This will ensure you are prepared to complete the submission process.  Once fully prepared, a submission will take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.

IMPORTANT: Use THIS WORD FORM to provide your full abstract including title, authors, affiliations, abstract body, and optional image and/or funding statement and then upload it where requested. HERE is an example of a properly formatted abstract submission.

Abstract Formatting Rules:

      1. Copy and paste the abstract body into the word form using the destination theme. This is very important to ensure Greek characters, italics, super and subscripts etc. carryover.
      2. Abstract body may be up to 4000 characters and this does not include spaces so you have plenty of wiggle room.
      3. May, but does not have to, include subsections (i.e. Introduction, Methods etc.)
      4. One (1) figure or image (plus caption) may be included
      5. Word doc must be saved and uploaded as "LASTNAMEFIRSTINITAL_SLB2026_abstract" such as "HollandJ_SLB2026_abstract"
      6. Abstract title should use capitalization for all primary words. For example, "Unconventional Inflammasome-mediated Functions of Leukocytes". DO NOT use all CAPS please.
