Cancellation policy: Registration refunds will be provided less a 15% cancellation fee for refunds requested in writing prior to September 1, 2018.  In consideration of today's economy and delayed employer approval of travel, please note the following addendum to the refund policy: If a cancellation is requested and is due solely to employer non-approval of travel; and given the employee had submitted the travel request to their employer in a timely fashion allowing proper consideration time, the societies will refund 100% of the registration fee up until the first day of the conference for these special situations only.  Appropriate documentation must be provided. Travel and hotel cancellations remain the responsibility of the individual.
