Poster Presentation Information

3 poster sessions will provide 3 unique sets of poster presentations. Authors of posters will formally present their work in three separate lunch time sessions listed below.  Grab-n-go lunch will be provided!  Review your abstract notification letter to see which session you have been assigned to and when to put your poster up and take it down.

Please note that your abstract number is also your assigned poster board number.

Labeled boards will be provided so you may identify your assigned space . Posters must be sized 6 feet wide by 4 feet tall (or smaller). Posters larger than this will not fit on the board. Pushpins will be provided. Here is a picture of the poster "wall" as an example.  4 posters will be sharing this wall end to end.
