Oral Presentation Information

 

See the full program in PDF format, or in the event app, to verify the date and time of the session you are speaking in.

  • Presentation files must be saved as a PowerPoint (not Keynote)
  • Use 16:9 format
  • Bring your file on a flash drive (not a laptop).
  • All provided presentation laptops are PCs. No personal laptops are permitted for presentations.
  • Save your file as outlined below...

If you are speaking in a Plenary or Concurrent Session, visit the slide loading desk in the Hill Atrium across from the information desk during the breakfasts, breaks and lunches (times listed below) AT LEAST 2 HOURS PRIOR to the start of your session time to load your talk with the AV Tech. Be sure to know the session day, time and room (Mahler or Masters) you are speaking in.

If you are speaking in the Poster Flash Talk Session on Saturday (9/30), you will be contacted by an  MTTC representative and are required to provide your slides to them by the noted deadline (prior to the conference start date).

If you are speaking in a SIG on Wednesday (9/27), bring your talk directly to your session room (room K or L on the second floor of the venue) at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your SIG or as directed by your session chair(s).
