Poster Presentation Information

All posters will be on display throughout the entire conference*. Authors of posters will formally present their work in three separate lunch time sessions listed below.  Grab-n-go lunch will be provided!  Review your abstract notification letter to see which session you have been assigned to.

Poster Session I: Thursday, September 28th, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Poster Session II: Friday, September 29th, 12:30 - 2:00 pm
Poster Session II: Saturday, September 30th, 1:00 - 2:30 PM
*Undergraduate posters will be presented on Saturday, September 30th ONLY

Please note that your abstract number is also your assigned poster board number.

A diagrams is provided in the event app, along with labeled boards, so you may identify your assigned space (see the diagram here). Posters must be sized 4 feet wide by 4 feet tall (or smaller). Posters larger than this will not fit on the board. Pushpins will be provided.

Posters should be placed on the assigned board by 11:00am on Thursday, September 28th and removed by 3:00pm on Saturday, September 30th. Posters left up after this time will be discarded.
