A postdoctoral position is available immediately in a well-funded laboratory at the Department of Medicine, University of Massachusetts Medical School, to study the role of innate immune cell activation, signaling mechanisms and metabolic processes in liver disease. The primary focus of our research is to employ molecular and cellular in vitro and in vivo, pre-clinical translational approaches to understand mechanisms related to immune responses during liver inflammation, metabolism and fibrosis.
