Please register early - space is limited to the first 300 registrations received.

Onsite Registration Hours

October 11 -13, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Meeting Registration Desk will be located in the Royal Sonesta Hotel Boston.  Registration confirmation and Program/Abstract supplement, as well as badges and other meeting materials will be available for pick up at the Meeting Registration Desk.  Purchase orders will not be accepted as payment for registration fees.  All
checks must be in US dollars from US banks.

Registration Fees:

Deadline for pre-registration is October 5, 2007.

After this time, only onsite registration at the conference will be accepted.

Student/Post-doc Registration

Any regularly matriculated student working toward a degree in one of the biomedical sciences or postdoctoral fellow is eligible for the reduced registration fee.  Applicants must have a department head or research advisor certify their eligibility on the form.  If registering at the meeting, bring a student ID card or letter signed by department head.  Those without proper student credentials must pay the full non-member fee.
 

Electronic Registration

Meeting participants may register electronically, if payment is made by one of the following accepted credit cards: VISA , MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We cannot process any other card.
 

PLEASE AVOID LAST MINUTE SUBMISSIONS, AS THE SERVER WILL BE DELUGED AND FRUSTRATING DELAYS MAY OCCUR.

There will be a $50 handling fee for each cancellation.

After September 1, 2007, there will be no refunds or credits.
